Description
Cheesecake Swirled Brownies combine rich, chocolatey brownies and creamy, tangy cheesecake for a delightful dessert.
Ingredients

- 1 (18 oz) box brownie mix
- Eggs, oil, and water (as specified on the brownie mix package)
- 12 oz cream cheese (or Neufchatel cream cheese)
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the directions on the brownie mix package.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package directions and set aside.
- In a medium-sized bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the egg, flour, sugar, and vanilla extract, stirring until well combined.
- Pour all but about 1/2 cup of the brownie batter into a prepared 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture on top of the brownie batter.
- Spoon the remaining brownie batter onto the top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Using a knife, swirl the cream cheese and brownie batter together to create a marbled effect.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near the middle comes out mostly clean.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into pieces. Enjoy!
Notes
These brownies can be served warm or at room temperature. Top with whipped cream or fresh fruit for an extra touch.
