A delightful cheesecake shaped in a loaf pan, featuring a creamy filling and a sweet berry layer.


Ingredients

  • 500g quark
  • 1 package vanilla pudding powder
  • 200g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 200g cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 200g mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (for berry mixture)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix quark, sugar, vanilla pudding powder, cream cheese, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Pour half of the cheesecake mixture into the prepared loaf pan.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the berries with sugar and lemon juice, then layer this mixture over the cheesecake batter.
  5. Pour the remaining cheesecake batter over the berry layer.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes until set.
  7. Let it cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

Make sure all your ingredients are at room temperature. Don’t overmix the batter to prevent cracking. Optionally, customize with chocolate chips or flavored cream cheese.
