- 18–24 large strawberries
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (optional, for sweetness)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Wash the strawberries and pat them dry.
- Cut off the stems and slice each strawberry in half lengthwise.
- Carefully scoop out a small hollow in the center of each strawberry half to create space for the filling.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until it forms stiff peaks.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese, adding powdered sugar and vanilla extract if desired. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the cheesecake mixture into a piping bag or a resealable plastic bag with the tip cut off.
- Pipe the filling into the hollowed-out strawberries, filling them generously.
- Arrange the deviled strawberries on a serving platter.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
