Description

A delightful twist on the classic dessert, these Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries are sweet, creamy, and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1824 large strawberries
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries and pat them dry.
  2. Cut off the stems and slice each strawberry in half lengthwise.
  3. Carefully scoop out a small hollow in the center of each strawberry half to create space for the filling.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until it forms stiff peaks.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese, adding powdered sugar and vanilla extract if desired. Mix until well combined.
  7. Transfer the cheesecake mixture into a piping bag or a resealable plastic bag with the tip cut off.
  8. Pipe the filling into the hollowed-out strawberries, filling them generously.
  9. Arrange the deviled strawberries on a serving platter.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.
