Description

Delicious Cheesecake Brownie Bars that combine rich brownie flavors with creamy cheesecake, topped with dark chocolate ganache.


Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 8 oz melted butter + 2 tbsp for greasing the pan
  • 1 cup cocoa powder, sifted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup flour, sifted
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 16 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 20 Oreos, whole
  • 8 Oreos, chopped
  • 10 oz dark chocolate
  • 4 Oreos, chopped
  • 10 mini Snickers, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper and grease it.
  2. For the brownie layer, beat the eggs until fluffy. Mix in sugar, melted butter, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, flour, and salt. Pour this mixture into the prepared pan and layer the whole Oreos on top.
  3. For the cheesecake layer, beat the cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 egg, and vanilla extract until smooth. Pour this mixture over the Oreos.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped Oreos on top of the cheesecake layer and bake for 40-50 minutes.
  5. To make the ganache, melt the dark chocolate and pour it over the cheesecake layer.
  6. Top with chopped mini Snickers.
  7. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 6 hours before serving. Cut into bars and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, or freeze for longer storage.
