Description

A classic American cheeseburger packed with flavor and comfort, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp Mustard
  • 4 Pickles
  • 4 Burger buns
  • 1 cup Lettuce
  • 1 Tomato, sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Form the ground beef into patties and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness.
  4. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt.
  5. Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
  6. Assemble the cheeseburger by placing the patty on the bottom bun, adding mustard, pickles, lettuce, tomato, and onions if desired.
  7. Top with the other half of the bun and enjoy!
