Ingredients

- 1 lb Ground beef
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp Mustard
- 4 Pickles
- 4 Burger buns
- 1 cup Lettuce
- 1 Tomato, sliced
- 1 Onion, sliced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat.
- Form the ground beef into patties and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness.
- During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
- Assemble the cheeseburger by placing the patty on the bottom bun, adding mustard, pickles, lettuce, tomato, and onions if desired.
- Top with the other half of the bun and enjoy!
