Description

Delicious and easy-to-make snack or appetizer filled with cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning, and crispy bacon, wrapped in a soft tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 6 strips cooked bacon, crumbled (reserve some for topping)
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives or green onions

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, and most of the crumbled bacon (reserve some for topping).
  2. Evenly spread the filling mixture over the tortillas. Roll the tortillas tightly into logs.
  3. Wrap the rolls in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Cut the rolled tortillas into 1-inch pinwheels.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining bacon and fresh chives on top. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

For added flavor, consider using flavored cream cheese or adding diced jalapeños for a spicy kick. Adjust bacon and cheese amounts to taste. Double or triple the recipe for large gatherings.
