Description
Delicious and easy-to-make snack or appetizer filled with cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning, and crispy bacon, wrapped in a soft tortilla.
Ingredients

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 6 strips cooked bacon, crumbled (reserve some for topping)
- 2 tbsp chopped chives or green onions
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, and most of the crumbled bacon (reserve some for topping).
- Evenly spread the filling mixture over the tortillas. Roll the tortillas tightly into logs.
- Wrap the rolls in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Cut the rolled tortillas into 1-inch pinwheels.
- Sprinkle the remaining bacon and fresh chives on top. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
For added flavor, consider using flavored cream cheese or adding diced jalapeños for a spicy kick. Adjust bacon and cheese amounts to taste. Double or triple the recipe for large gatherings.
