- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Bake two chocolate sponge cakes using a favorite recipe or store-bought mix. Let them cool completely.
- In a bowl, mix the grated carrots, cream cheese, and honey until smooth.
- Layer one cooled chocolate cake with the carrot cream filling.
- Place the second chocolate cake on top.
- Cover the entire cake with dark chocolate ganache.
Notes
Finely grate the carrots for easy blending. Use high-quality cocoa powder for enhanced flavor. Optional: add chocolate chips to the batter.
