Instructions

  2. In a bowl, mix the grated carrots, cream cheese, and honey until smooth.
  3. Layer one cooled chocolate cake with the carrot cream filling.
  4. Place the second chocolate cake on top.
  5. Cover the entire cake with dark chocolate ganache.

Notes
