- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 cup thick caramel sauce
- Pinch of sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a 9-inch springform pan or square baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla, then mix well. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just combined. Spread this mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy and smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, beating until fully incorporated. Pour this mixture gently over the brownie batter.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the cheesecake layer. Use a skewer or knife to swirl it gently for a marbled effect.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes or until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden. Turn off the oven, crack the door, and let it cool inside for 15 minutes.
- Transfer to the fridge and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight for the best results.
- Slice, drizzle with extra caramel (if desired), and enjoy every decadent bite!
Notes
For a better marbled effect, use a light hand when swirling the caramel. Let the cheesecake chill overnight for the best flavor and texture.
