Description

A delicious dessert that combines the rich taste of cheesecake with sweet flavors of caramel and fudge.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons salted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 32 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream, at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup caramel topping
  • 1/2 cup hot fudge topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom and 2/3 of the way up the sides of a springform pan. Ensure it’s packed down firmly.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside to cool slightly.
  5. In a large bowl, using a handheld or stand mixer with the paddle attachment, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, and vanilla extract on medium-high speed for about 3 minutes, until smooth, light, and fluffy.
  6. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  7. Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the baked crust.
  8. Drizzle half of the caramel and hot fudge toppings over the batter. Use a fork or knife to gently swirl the toppings into the batter.
  9. Pour the remaining cheesecake batter on top.
  10. Drizzle the remaining caramel and fudge toppings on the surface and swirl again.
  11. Bake the cheesecake in the preheated oven for 55-70 minutes, until the center jiggles uniformly when gently shaken.
  12. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for 15 minutes to help prevent cracking.
  13. Transfer the cheesecake to the counter and let it cool to room temperature.
  14. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 1 hour before serving.
  15. Drizzle extra caramel and fudge over the top before slicing and serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For a beautiful presentation, garnish with additional caramel and fudge toppings, or add whipped cream and chopped nuts.
