- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tablespoons salted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 32 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup sour cream, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup caramel topping
- 1/2 cup hot fudge topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press this mixture into the bottom and 2/3 up the sides of a springform pan. Bake for 8 minutes, then set it aside to cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, sour cream, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed until just combined.
- Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the baked crust. Swirl in half of the caramel and hot fudge. Pour the remaining batter on top, then drizzle the rest of the toppings and swirl again.
- Bake for 55-70 minutes, or until the center jiggles uniformly.
- Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for 15 minutes before moving it to room temperature.
- Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 1 hour before serving. For a special touch, drizzle extra caramel and fudge before serving.

Serve chilled for the best taste. Drizzle with extra caramel and hot fudge for added sweetness.
