Description

A delicious treat that combines the rich flavors of coffee and caramel, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow crème
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee granules
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk over medium heat, stirring until it boils.
  3. Continue boiling for 4-5 minutes while stirring.
  4. Remove from heat, then quickly stir in white chocolate chips, marshmallow crème, vanilla extract, and coffee granules until smooth.
  5. Pour half of the fudge mixture into the pan, drizzle caramel sauce over it, and swirl with a knife.
  6. Pour the remaining fudge on top and spread evenly.
  7. Let it cool for about 2 hours or refrigerate to speed up the process.
  8. Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Refrigerate for longer storage and bring to room temperature before serving.
