A delicious treat that combines the rich flavors of coffee and caramel in a smooth and creamy fudge, perfect for coffee lovers.
Ingredients

- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow crème
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp instant coffee granules
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk over medium heat, stirring until it boils.
- Continue boiling for 4-5 minutes while stirring.
- Remove from heat, then quickly stir in white chocolate chips, marshmallow crème, vanilla extract, and coffee granules until smooth.
- Pour half of the fudge mixture into the pan, drizzle caramel sauce over it, and swirl with a knife.
- Pour the remaining fudge on top and spread evenly.
- Let it cool for about 2 hours or refrigerate to speed up the process.
- Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week, or refrigerate for up to two weeks.
