- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until the mixture thickens.
- Pour the chocolate pudding mixture into the prepared crust and spread it evenly.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving.
- Optionally, top with whipped cream or caramel sauce before serving.
Notes
For stronger chocolate flavor, use dark chocolate pudding mix. You can experiment with various toppings for added texture.
