Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie pan to form the crust.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until the mixture thickens.
  3. Pour the chocolate pudding mixture into the prepared crust and spread it evenly.
  4. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving.
  5. Optionally, top with whipped cream or caramel sauce before serving.

Notes

For stronger chocolate flavor, use dark chocolate pudding mix. You can experiment with various toppings for added texture.
