  • 24 oz of softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus more for topping)
  • Whipped cream for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to the box instructions. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs. Let it cool on a wire rack.
  4. Lower the oven temperature to 325°F (160°C).
  5. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the sugar and continue blending until creamy.
  6. Mix in the vanilla extract and add the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is well incorporated. Scrape the sides as needed.
  7. Stir in the sour cream and heavy cream until smooth.
