A delicious dessert that combines rich brownie flavors with creamy cheesecake topped off with smooth caramel sauce.

- 1 package brownie mix
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce + extra for drizzling
- Whipped cream and chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix and bake the brownie batter in a greased 9-inch springform pan. Let it cool completely.
- Reduce oven temperature to 325°F (160°C). Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs one at a time. Then mix in sour cream and heavy cream. Pour over the cooled brownie base.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the cheesecake layer and gently swirl it in with a knife.
- Bake until the center is set but slightly jiggly, about 75 minutes. Let the cheesecake cool gradually in the oven, then refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
- Once chilled, drizzle extra caramel on top and garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Slice and enjoy!
Notes
Store the cheesecake in the fridge for up to 5 days. Freeze for up to 2 months wrapped tightly in plastic wrap and foil.
