A delicious dessert combining rich chocolate brownies with smooth cheesecake and sweet caramel drizzle.

- 1 package brownie mix (plus ingredients required on the box)
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
- Whipped cream and chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions and pour the batter into a greased 9-inch springform pan. Bake and let it cool completely.
- Lower the oven temperature to 325°F (160°C). In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in sour cream and heavy cream.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled brownie base. Drizzle caramel sauce on top and swirl it into the cheesecake mixture.
- Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes until set but slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven, crack the door, and let it cool slowly to prevent cracking.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Drizzle extra caramel sauce over the top and garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings before serving.
Notes
For the best presentation, serve slices with extra whipped cream and caramel drizzle. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-5 days. It can also be frozen for up to a month.
