- 200 g Marie or Digestive biscuits
- 100 g melted butter
- 500 g cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 200 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 ripe bananas
- 200 g caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Crush the biscuits and mix them with melted butter. Press the mixture into the base of a springform pan to form a crust.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Mash the bananas and fold them into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the filling into the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let the cheesecake cool, then drizzle with caramel sauce before serving. Enjoy!
