A delightful dessert combining creamy cheesecake with the sweetness of bananas and rich caramel, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 200 g Marie or Digestive biscuits
  • 100 g melted butter
  • 500 g cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 200 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 200 g caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Crush the biscuits and mix them with melted butter. Press the mixture into the base of a springform pan to form a crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Mash the bananas and fold them into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Pour the filling into the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Let the cheesecake cool, then drizzle with caramel sauce before serving. Enjoy!
