A delicious dessert combining the creamy richness of cheesecake with sweet, tart apple pie flavor and a drizzle of decadent caramel.

- 2 cups graham crackers, crumbled fine
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups canned apple pie filling
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1/4 cup caramel topping
- 1/2 cup apple pie filling, canned or homemade
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter until the crumbs are fully coated. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 7-inch springform pan.
- Spoon 1 1/2 cups of apple pie filling over the crust and spread it evenly.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs, mixing until smooth. Pour this mixture over the apple pie filling.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes or until the center is set. Let it cool to room temperature in the pan.
- In a saucepan, combine the remaining 1/2 cup of apple pie filling and caramel topping over medium heat until warm. Spoon this over the cooled cheesecake.
- Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator before serving.
Notes
Top with whipped cream or extra caramel sauce. Serve chilled for best flavor.
