Description
A delightful treat combining creamy cheesecake, sweet apples, and rich caramel, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 2/3 cups graham crackers (about 12 full graham cracker sheets)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 21 oz apple pie filling
- 3 cups Cool Whip or whipped cream
- 1 cup caramel sauce, divided
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs. In a bowl, mix together the crushed graham crackers, 1/2 cup of granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Add the beaten eggs, 1 cup of granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth, scraping the sides of the bowl occasionally.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared graham cracker crust. Bake in the preheated oven for 23-27 minutes or until the top is dry to the touch. Remove from the oven and let cool.
- Once cooled, drizzle 1/2 cup of caramel sauce over the top. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set.
- After chilling, top with apple pie filling and spread the Cool Whip or whipped cream evenly over it. Drizzle with the remaining caramel sauce just before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Add extra caramel sauce for more sweetness.
