A rich and creamy cheesecake topped with sweet caramel and apple pie filling, perfect for any occasion.

- 2 cups graham crackers, crumbled fine
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups canned apple pie filling
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 1/4 cup caramel topping
- 1/2 cup apple pie filling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers and melted butter until the crumbs are fully coated. Press the mixture into the bottom of a prepared 7-inch springform pan.
- Spoon the apple pie filling evenly over the crust.
- In a large bowl, whip the cream cheese until fluffy. Add the sugar, vanilla, and eggs, and beat until smooth. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the apple filling.
- Bake for about 50-55 minutes, or until the center is set. Cool to room temperature.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, add the caramel topping and 1/2 cup of apple pie filling. Heat over low heat for about 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
- Spoon the apple-caramel mixture over the top of the cooled cheesecake and spread evenly. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
For additional richness, consider adding a sprinkle of cinnamon to the apple filling.
