Description

A rich and creamy cheesecake topped with sweet caramel and apple pie filling, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham crackers, crumbled fine
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups canned apple pie filling
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup caramel topping
  • 1/2 cup apple pie filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers and melted butter until the crumbs are fully coated. Press the mixture into the bottom of a prepared 7-inch springform pan.
  3. Spoon the apple pie filling evenly over the crust.
  4. In a large bowl, whip the cream cheese until fluffy. Add the sugar, vanilla, and eggs, and beat until smooth. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the apple filling.
  5. Bake for about 50-55 minutes, or until the center is set. Cool to room temperature.
  6. In a small saucepan over medium heat, add the caramel topping and 1/2 cup of apple pie filling. Heat over low heat for about 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
  7. Spoon the apple-caramel mixture over the top of the cooled cheesecake and spread evenly. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

For additional richness, consider adding a sprinkle of cinnamon to the apple filling.
