- 1 1/2 cups apple pie filling

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/4 cup caramel topping
- 1/2 cup apple pie filling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Make the crust: In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 7-inch springform pan.
- Layer the apple filling: Spread the apple pie filling evenly over the crust.
- Prepare the cheesecake filling: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Add the sugar, vanilla, and eggs, then mix until smooth. Pour this over the apple pie layer.
- Bake: Place the cheesecake in the oven and bake for 50-55 minutes, or until the center is set. Cool to room temperature.
- Top the cheesecake: Heat the remaining apple pie filling and caramel sauce in a small saucepan for 1 minute. Spread this mixture evenly over the cooled cheesecake.
- Chill: Refrigerate the cheesecake until ready to serve. Enjoy!
