Description

A delicious dish that brings the flavors of the sea straight to your table with succulent shrimp and tender lobster meat in a creamy, spicy sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz lobster tail meat (about 2 small tails, cooked & chopped)
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 8 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and Cajun seasoning to the skillet. Cook until shrimp turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add chopped lobster meat and heavy cream. Stir to combine.
  5. Add cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat it in the sauce.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For a lighter dish, you can substitute half-and-half for heavy cream. Adjust the Cajun seasoning to your preference.
