- 8 oz lobster tail meat (about 2 small tails, cooked & chopped)
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 8 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and Cajun seasoning to the skillet. Cook until shrimp turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add chopped lobster meat and heavy cream. Stir to combine.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat it in the sauce.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For a lighter dish, you can substitute half-and-half for heavy cream. Adjust the Cajun seasoning to your preference.
