Cajun Chicken Alfredo

Description

A creamy and flavorful Cajun Chicken Alfredo dish, combining spicy Cajun-seasoned chicken, and fettuccine pasta.


Ingredients

  • 200g fettuccine pasta
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breast with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the chicken until it’s fully cooked and browned. Slice the chicken into strips.
  2. While the chicken cooks, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
  3. In the same pan used for the chicken, pour in the cream and heat it gently. Add grated Parmesan to the cream and stir until it melts and combines well.
  4. Add the cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the cream sauce. Toss everything together until the pasta and chicken are well coated.

Notes

For added flavor, garnish with extra Parmesan or chopped parsley. Pair with a salad or garlic bread.
