Ingredients

  • 1/3 head cabbage
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 12 cucumbers
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1/3 head red cabbage
  • 1 carrot
  • 20 grams walnuts

Instructions

  1. Shred the cabbage and red cabbage into a large bowl.
  2. Chop the cucumbers, onion, and carrot, and add them to the bowl.
  3. Add the salt and rice vinegar.
  4. Toss everything together until well mixed.
  5. Top with walnuts before serving.
