Ingredients

- 1/3 head cabbage
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1–2 cucumbers
- 1/2 onion
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1/3 head red cabbage
- 1 carrot
- 20 grams walnuts
Instructions
- Shred the cabbage and red cabbage into a large bowl.
- Chop the cucumbers, onion, and carrot, and add them to the bowl.
- Add the salt and rice vinegar.
- Toss everything together until well mixed.
- Top with walnuts before serving.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2-3 days.
