Deliciously sweet and salty Butter Toffee Pretzels that are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 4 cups mini pretzel twists
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp light corn syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup peanut butter chips or chopped peanuts
- Sea salt flakes, for sprinkling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup over medium heat. Let it simmer for 3–4 minutes until bubbly.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the toffee mixture over the pretzels in a bowl, and toss to coat them evenly.
- Spread the coated pretzels on your baking sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle the peanut butter chips on top.
- Bake in the oven for 10–12 minutes. After baking, sprinkle with sea salt flakes right away.
- Allow the pretzels to cool completely to harden. Once cooled, break them apart and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze in a freezer-safe bag for up to two months.
