Ingredients

- 1 ball fresh burrata cheese
- 2 small zucchinis (sliced into half-moons)
- 2–3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp dried oregano (or Italian seasoning)
- 1 tbsp fresh basil (chopped + extra for garnish)
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- 1 slice toasted rustic bread (ciabatta or sourdough)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add zucchini slices and sauté for 3–4 minutes until just tender.
- Stir in garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook another 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Place burrata in the center of a serving dish or skillet and surround it with the sautéed zucchini.
- Drizzle with more olive oil and scatter fresh basil on top.
- Serve immediately with toasted bread.
Notes
Make sure the zucchini is sliced evenly for even cooking. Adjust red pepper flakes to your spice preference.
