Ingredients

- 1 lb cooked, shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tbsp ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing until well combined.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Flatten each biscuit dough piece and create a shallow cup shape in a greased muffin tin or on a baking sheet.
- Fill each dough cup with a generous spoonful of the buffalo chicken mixture. Top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Brush melted butter on top, sprinkle with parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
These rolls are great for game day and can be served with extra ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side for dipping.
