- 1/2 cup water or milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Buffalo sauce for tossing
- Optional: celery sticks and ranch dressing for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, water (or milk), garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing excess to drip off, then place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and toss the baked cauliflower in buffalo sauce.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Serve hot with celery sticks and ranch dressing, if desired.
Notes
