Description

Buffalo Cauliflower Wings are a healthy alternative to traditional chicken wings, offering a spicy and tangy flavor perfect for gatherings or snacking.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour)
  • 1/2 cup water or milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Buffalo sauce for tossing
  • Optional: celery sticks and ranch dressing for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, water (or milk), garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing excess to drip off, then place on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and toss the baked cauliflower in buffalo sauce.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with celery sticks and ranch dressing, if desired.

Notes

Ensure cauliflower florets are dry before dipping in batter for extra crispiness. Adjust buffalo sauce to preference.
