- 1 1/2 cups lift flour
- 1/2 cup grated coconut
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 100 g cream cheese (or butter)
- 2 eggs
- Vanilla essence to taste
- Dulce de Leche (necessary quantity)
Instructions
- Melt the cream cheese or butter in a bowl. Add the sugar, eggs, and vanilla essence. Beat until well mixed.
- Incorporate the lift flour and grated coconut, stirring until smooth.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 15 minutes to improve its texture.
- Preheat your oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Grease a baking mold, pour half of the mixture in, add a layer of dulce de leche, and cover it with the remaining mixture.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes until golden and a skewer comes out clean.
- Once baked, cover with sweeter milk and sprinkle with grated coconut. Let cool before serving.
Notes
Serve warm or chilled; pairs well with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
