Brownies with Nutella and Kinder

Description

Delicious fudgy brownies swirled with Nutella and loaded with Kinder chocolate chunks.


Ingredients

  • 140 g (10 tablespoons) unsalted butter
  • 1 1/4 cup (250 g) sugar
  • 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons (65 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cold large eggs
  • 1/2 cup (65 g) all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup (75 g) chopped nuts
  • Hot Nutella for coverage
  • Kinder chocolate pieces for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 °C (325 °F) and prepare your brownie mold by lining it with waxed paper.
  2. In a heat-resistant bowl, mix the butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Melt the mixture in a water bath, stirring until well blended. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and eggs one at a time, mixing vigorously after each addition.
  4. Integrate the sifted flour into the mixture until smooth, beating with a spatula for 2 minutes. Gently fold in the chopped nuts.
  5. Pour the dough into the prepared mold, top with hot Nutella, and swirl it using a knife. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with some wet crumbs.
  6. Let the brownies cool completely before cutting. Optionally decorate with more melted chocolate or Nutella.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days or in the refrigerator for up to a week.
