Description
Delicious fudgy brownies swirled with Nutella and loaded with Kinder chocolate chunks.
Ingredients

- 140 g (10 tablespoons) unsalted butter
- 1 1/4 cup (250 g) sugar
- 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons (65 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cold large eggs
- 1/2 cup (65 g) all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup (75 g) chopped nuts
- Hot Nutella for coverage
- Kinder chocolate pieces for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160 °C (325 °F) and prepare your brownie mold by lining it with waxed paper.
- In a heat-resistant bowl, mix the butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Melt the mixture in a water bath, stirring until well blended. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Add the vanilla extract and eggs one at a time, mixing vigorously after each addition.
- Integrate the sifted flour into the mixture until smooth, beating with a spatula for 2 minutes. Gently fold in the chopped nuts.
- Pour the dough into the prepared mold, top with hot Nutella, and swirl it using a knife. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with some wet crumbs.
- Let the brownies cool completely before cutting. Optionally decorate with more melted chocolate or Nutella.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days or in the refrigerator for up to a week.
