Rich and fudgy brownies packed with creamy Nutella and crunchy Kinder pieces, perfect for any sweet craving.
Ingredients

- 140 g (10 tablespoons) of unsalted butter
- 1 1/4 cup (250 g) of sugar
- 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons (65 g) of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 large cold eggs
- 1/2 cup (65 g) of wheat flour
- 2/3 cup (75 g) of chopped nuts
- Hot Nutella for coverage
- Kinder pieces for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160 °C (325 °F) and grease a brownie mold or cover it with waxed paper.
- In a heat-resistant bowl, combine the butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water and mix until the butter melts and everything blends well. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and add the eggs one by one, mixing vigorously after each addition.
- Sift in the flour and mix until you have a smooth dough. Beat with a spatula for 2 minutes to improve the texture. Gently fold in the chopped nuts.
- Pour the dough into the prepared mold. Add hot Nutella on top and use a knife to create a marbled effect.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few wet crumbs (not liquid).
- Let cool completely before cutting. Decorate with more melted Nutella or additional Kinder pieces on top.
Notes
Store brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. Freeze individually wrapped brownies for up to 2 months.
