- 1 box (18 oz) brownie mix
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, flour, eggs, and oil. Mix until a thick dough forms.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using for that extra chocolate burst.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough and place them a few inches apart on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 9–11 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft and fudgy.
- Let cool on the sheet for 2–3 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week. Can freeze for up to 3 months.
