A delightful dessert combining rich chocolate brownie and creamy cheesecake, topped with dulce de leche.


Ingredients

  • 100 g black chocolate
  • 80 g butter
  • 100 g sugar (for brownie)
  • 2 eggs (for brownie)
  • 80 g flour
  • 500 g cream cheese
  • 150 g sugar (for cheesecake)
  • 2 eggs (for cheesecake)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 100 g dulce de leche (milk sweet)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a water bath or microwave. Add 100 g of sugar and mix well.
  3. Incorporate the eggs one by one, then add the sifted flour.
  4. Pour the mixture into a removable mold and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese with 150 g of sugar until creamy.
  6. Add the 2 eggs and the vanilla, mixing gently after each addition.
  7. Lower the oven temperature to 160 °C (320 °F).
  8. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the baked brownie base and bake for 40 minutes until the center is slightly firm.
  9. Allow the cheesecake to cool and then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
  10. Before serving, drizzle dulce de leche on top for decoration.

Notes

Let the brownie base cool before adding the cheesecake mixture to prevent mixing. Use room temperature cream cheese for a smoother filling. Experiment with toppings like nuts or chocolate chips for added texture.
