- 3 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Cooking spray or butter for greasing
- 20 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Salted caramel sauce for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Melt the butter and chopped chocolate together until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, eggs, vanilla, baking powder, and salt. Whisk together until smooth.
- Add the chocolate mixture and mix well, then fold in the flour.
- Pour the brownie batter into the pan and bake for 20-24 minutes.
- Allow the brownie base to cool completely.
- For the cheesecake layer, beat cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar, sour cream, heavy cream, and vanilla, mixing until creamy.
- Pour cheesecake filling over the cooled brownie base and chill for at least 4 hours.
- Top with salted caramel sauce before serving.
- Slice and enjoy!
Notes
Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature for a smoother mixture. Allow the brownie layer to cool completely before adding the cheesecake layer to avoid melting.
