Description
Luxurious broiled lobster tails in a rich creamy garlic butter sauce, perfect for special occasions or indulgent meals.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 lobster tails (thawed if frozen)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan or gruyère (optional)
Instructions
- Using kitchen shears, cut through the top shell of each lobster tail and pull the meat slightly above the shell while keeping it attached at the base.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in heavy cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Simmer gently until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Arrange lobster tails in a baking dish, spoon the sauce over each tail, and sprinkle with cheese if using.
- Broil on high for 7-10 minutes or until the lobster is opaque and lightly browned.
- Garnish with parsley and extra black pepper. Serve immediately with warm bread or roasted veggies.
Notes
Thaw lobster tails properly and do not overcook to avoid rubbery texture.
