Description

Luxurious broiled lobster tails in a rich creamy garlic butter sauce, perfect for special occasions or indulgent meals.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 lobster tails (thawed if frozen)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan or gruyère (optional)

Instructions

  1. Using kitchen shears, cut through the top shell of each lobster tail and pull the meat slightly above the shell while keeping it attached at the base.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in heavy cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Simmer gently until the sauce thickens slightly.
  4. Arrange lobster tails in a baking dish, spoon the sauce over each tail, and sprinkle with cheese if using.
  5. Broil on high for 7-10 minutes or until the lobster is opaque and lightly browned.
  6. Garnish with parsley and extra black pepper. Serve immediately with warm bread or roasted veggies.

Notes

Thaw lobster tails properly and do not overcook to avoid rubbery texture.
