Ingredients

- 9 lasagna noodles, cooked
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 large eggs, scrambled
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup ricotta or cottage cheese
- 8 slices crispy bacon, crumbled (plus extra for topping)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Scramble the eggs in a separate bowl and cook the bacon until it is crispy.
- Begin layering in a baking dish: cooked noodles, ground beef, scrambled eggs, ricotta cheese, shredded cheeses, and crumbled bacon.
- Repeat these layers, finishing with a top layer of cheese and some bacon bits.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or freeze before baking.
