  • 100g melted butter
  • 300g chocolate (half dark or milk)
  • 200ml milk cream
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 300ml milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 600g cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 200g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 200ml milk cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 200ml milk cream
  • 100g semi-dark chocolate
  • Strawberries or other red fruits for decoration

Instructions

  1. Base: Mash the cookies until they become a flour-like consistency, mix with melted butter, press into the bottom of a removable base form, and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. Chocolate Filling: Heat cream and milk in a saucepan, add chopped chocolate and sugar, stir until melted, dissolve cornstarch in a little milk, add to mixture to thicken, then let cool.
  3. Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese with sugar until creamy, then add eggs, vanilla, and cream, mixing well.
  4. Assembling: Pour chocolate filling over biscuit base, followed by cheesecake filling.
  5. Baking: Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for 45-50 minutes until the center is firm.
  6. Topping: Heat milk cream and semi-dark chocolate until melted, pour ganache over cheesecake, and garnish with strawberries.
  7. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
