Description

Delicious bites of blueberry pie encased in biscuit dough, perfect for sharing and versatile for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (8-count) Pillsbury Grand Biscuits
  • 1 cup blueberry pie filling
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Separate each biscuit from the can and gently pat each one into a 4-inch circle.
  2. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of blueberry pie filling into the center of each biscuit round.
  3. Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling, pinching firmly to seal and create a ball.
  4. Brush each pie bomb generously with melted butter and sprinkle the tops with sugar.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick spray and preheat to 330°F (165°C).
  6. Place the pie bombs in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each one. Air fry for 7-8 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Enjoy these pie bombs warm for the best flavor and texture.

Notes

Seal the biscuits tightly around the filling to prevent leakage. Experiment with other fillings like cherry or apple pie for a twist.
