Instructions
- Mix the flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Add the egg and milk to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Pour the batter into a greased mini muffin tin.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of cinnamon to the batter. Use fresh or frozen blueberries and let the batter rest for a few minutes before baking for fluffiness.
