- 1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries (or frozen, thawed)
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (for sprinkling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into individual triangles.
- In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread a teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of each crescent triangle.
- Place 2-3 blueberries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Carefully fold the dough over to form small bites, pinching the edges to seal.
- Brush the tops of the bites with melted butter and sprinkle with granulated sugar for a sweet finish.
- Arrange the bites on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Serve warm with yogurt or whipped cream. Best eaten on the day they’re made.
