- 1 package crescent roll dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a flat surface and press the seams together.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread this mixture over the dough sheet.
- Sprinkle the blueberries and lemon zest over the cream cheese filling.
- Roll the dough into a log and slice into 8-10 rounds, placing them cut side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar and enjoy!
Notes
Serve warm. Can be drizzled with chocolate or served with ice cream. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
