Ingredients

  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a flat surface and press the seams together.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread this mixture over the dough sheet.
  4. Sprinkle the blueberries and lemon zest over the cream cheese filling.
  5. Roll the dough into a log and slice into 8-10 rounds, placing them cut side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar and enjoy!
