- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup oatmeal
- 1/4 cup flour (for crumble)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners.
- In a bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups of flour, 1/2 cup of sugar, 2 tsp of baking powder, and 1/2 tsp of salt.
- In another bowl, mix 1/2 cup of melted butter, 1/2 cup of cream cheese, 1/4 cup of milk, 1 large egg, and 1 tsp of vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.
- In a separate bowl, mix 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 1/4 cup of oatmeal, and 1/4 cup of flour to make the crumble topping.
- Fill each muffin liner with the muffin batter, then sprinkle the crumble over the top.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your delicious blueberry cheesecake muffins!
Notes
For best flavor, use fresh blueberries. Muffins can be made ahead and stored in an airtight container.
