- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup blueberry jam
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup blueberry yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Blue sugar sprinkles for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, melted butter, granulated sugar, and salt until a dough forms. Press the dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Bake the crust for 15-18 minutes, or until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
- Spread the blueberry jam over the cooled crust, then top with fresh blueberries, distributing them evenly.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, blueberry yogurt, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
- Gently spread the cream cheese mixture over the blueberry layer, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Chill the bars in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until set.
- Once set, cut into squares and garnish with blue sugar sprinkles before serving.
Notes
