Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- Blue food coloring
- 1/4 cup maraschino cherries (optional)
Instructions
- Whisk together heavy cream, whole milk, and granulated sugar in a large bowl until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Add vanilla and almond extracts.
- Add blue food coloring to achieve desired hue.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions for 20-25 minutes.
- Optionally, fold in maraschino cherries.
- Transfer ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy!
