A simple and delicious BLT sandwich made with crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, and ripe tomatoes, perfect for lunch or a quick dinner.
Ingredients

- 8 slices of bacon
- 4 leaves of lettuce
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 4 slices of bread
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy.
- While the bacon is cooking, wash and slice the tomatoes.
- Toast the bread slices.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer the lettuce, tomato slices, and crispy bacon on one slice of bread.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with the other slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
- Cut in half and serve.
Notes
Serve immediately for the best taste. Pair with chips or a salad for a complete meal.
