Description

A simple and delicious BLT sandwich made with crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, and ripe tomatoes, perfect for lunch or a quick dinner.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 4 leaves of lettuce
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy.
  2. While the bacon is cooking, wash and slice the tomatoes.
  3. Toast the bread slices.
  4. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
  5. Layer the lettuce, tomato slices, and crispy bacon on one slice of bread.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Top with the other slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
  8. Cut in half and serve.

Notes

Serve immediately for the best taste. Pair with chips or a salad for a complete meal.
