Instructions

- In a blender, combine the orange juice, orange zest, eggs, sugar, and oil. Blend until smooth.
- Gradually add the self-rising flour, blending until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
