Ingredients

- 2 cups of wheat flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of chocolate powder
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of oil
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C and grease a pan with butter and flour.
- In the blender, add the eggs, sugar, and oil. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- Add the milk and chocolate powder to the blender and continue beating until well incorporated.
- In a large bowl, sift the wheat flour and baking powder.
- Pour the mixture from the blender over the dry ingredients and mix gently with a spatula.
- Transfer the batter to the greased pan and bake for 40 to 45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool for a few minutes before unmolding. Serve and enjoy!

Serve warm or at room temperature. Delicious on its own or with ice cream.
