Description

A simple and delicious cake that is quick to prepare and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of chocolate powder
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and grease a pan with butter and flour.
  2. In the blender, add the eggs, sugar, and oil. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the milk and chocolate powder to the blender and continue beating until well incorporated.
  4. In a large bowl, sift the wheat flour and baking powder.
  5. Pour the mixture from the blender over the dry ingredients and mix gently with a spatula.
  6. Transfer the batter to the greased pan and bake for 40 to 45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let the cake cool for a few minutes before unmolding. Serve and enjoy!

Serve warm or at room temperature. Delicious on its own or with ice cream.
