- 2 cups wheat flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup chocolate powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a pan with butter and flour.
- In the blender, add the eggs, sugar, and oil. Beat well until smooth and creamy.
- Add the milk and chocolate powder to the blender and blend until well incorporated.
- Sift the wheat flour and baking powder into a large bowl.
- Pour the blender mixture over the dry ingredients and mix gently with a spatula.
- Transfer the batter to the greased pan and bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before unmolding. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Serve plain or dusted with powdered sugar. Can be paired with frosting, whipped cream, or ice cream.
