Description

A delightful and easy dessert featuring the rich flavor of chocolate in a moist, fluffy cake, all made simply in a blender.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup chocolate powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a pan with butter and flour.
  2. In the blender, add the eggs, sugar, and oil. Beat well until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the milk and chocolate powder to the blender and blend until well incorporated.
  4. Sift the wheat flour and baking powder into a large bowl.
  5. Pour the blender mixture over the dry ingredients and mix gently with a spatula.
  6. Transfer the batter to the greased pan and bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before unmolding. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Serve plain or dusted with powdered sugar. Can be paired with frosting, whipped cream, or ice cream.
