Ingredients

  • 1 salmon fillet (skinless)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup cooked white rice
  • 1/2 ripe mango, diced
  • 1/2 avocado, diced
  • 1 tbsp chopped red onion
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Season & Sear the Salmon: Coat the salmon with paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Sear the salmon in olive oil over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes on each side until it’s beautifully blackened and flaky.
  2. Mix the Salsa: In a bowl, toss together diced mango, avocado, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Build the Bowl: Place fluffy white rice in a bowl, flake the blackened salmon over it, and top with generous scoops of mango avocado salsa.
  4. Optional Garnish: Add a slice of lime or a pinch of chili flakes for extra brightness and heat.
  5. Serve & Enjoy: Dig in and enjoy the perfect sweet-savory combo that satisfies every time!

Notes
