- 1 salmon fillet (skinless)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup cooked white rice
- 1/2 ripe mango, diced
- 1/2 avocado, diced
- 1 tbsp chopped red onion
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Season & Sear the Salmon: Coat the salmon with paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Sear the salmon in olive oil over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes on each side until it’s beautifully blackened and flaky.
- Mix the Salsa: In a bowl, toss together diced mango, avocado, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt.
- Build the Bowl: Place fluffy white rice in a bowl, flake the blackened salmon over it, and top with generous scoops of mango avocado salsa.
- Optional Garnish: Add a slice of lime or a pinch of chili flakes for extra brightness and heat.
