Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
  • 2 cups Oreo crumbs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp red food coloring
  • 1/2 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup crushed Oreos
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Fresh blackberries for decoration
  • Whipped cream for decoration
  • Sprinkles for decoration
  • Red velvet cake crumbs for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter and Oreo crumbs. Press the mixture into the bottom of the pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in sugar, sour cream, and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in cocoa powder and red food coloring. Gently fold in crushed Oreos and fresh blackberries.
  4. Pour the batter over the cooled crust, smoothing it out.
  5. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until the center is set. Cool in the oven for 1 hour with the door slightly ajar.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
  7. Heat heavy cream and chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
  8. Drizzle the chocolate ganache over the edges, letting it flow down the sides.
  9. Top with whipped cream, fresh blackberries, red velvet crumbs, and sprinkles.
